Loved staff and food. Beds were very old, nonetheless it was truly a great stay. The outdoor restaurant was great with plenty of meals in the menu.

Everything was perfect, yet we stayed for 5 nights only. The breakfast was enjoyable, sensational and served in the club.

The food was great, the rooms were non-smoking and elegant. I liked having a work desk, multi-channel television and a personal computer. Not to mention free wifi! The hotel was in a nice enough area, just off a shopping mall, Shenzhen, the centre of Shenzhen with luxury facilities.

The property was upscale and we had an awesome stay. Don't forget to explore Futian district. Moreover, it was just next door to Mall, a shopping mall, the shopping center. Particularly helpful and sincere staff as one would expect. There was a good bar with top-notch service.
